Even though it rains all spring
The grass is never green
All the leaves fell of the trees
And the garden is choked with weed
I’ve been having some trouble sleeping
Some trouble getting out of bed

Every week we try to pray
But the bugs won’t go away
I think they’re getting stronger
Now they come out during the day
I’ve noticed that the sunsets
Have been turning deeper red
How come the sunset’s so red?
