"So, that's where the title "Mindfull" came from
It's this feeling of having, you know, your mind packed with everything except
presence and peace
Always distracted or comparing and just, you know, cluttered
But it's also a reminder to me, that I can step back
I can choose to be more "Mindfull"
Unplug for a while, you know, go outside without a phone
Sit in silence, spend time with people that I really care about and, you know,
just be present, really, really present
Most days though, it still feels like my head is overflowing and my thoughts
are just bouncing all over the place
Notifications and pressure from this and just noise from every possible
direction
And you know maybe that's the problem
Maybe what I need is to be a little less mindful and a little more mindful."
