I haven’t even really prepared what I’m gonna say
I just wanna step up here and talk freely, speak freely about my cat, Illogic,
and his project by the name of Unforeseen Shadows
I want everybody out there to realize that this is no run-of-the-mill
This is no haphazard attempt at making an album or a collection of songs
This is genuine music, conceptualized, driven by the team of Blueprint and
Illogic
Blueprint on production, myself
And Illogic on the rhymes and Illogic on the concepts
I want a lot of people, if you out there making music, to listen to this
If you half-steppin', you really need to listen to this
This goes out to everybody who slept on my man, Illogic
And all the trials and tribulations we had to go through just to finish this
project and finish it on time
‘cause it’s a lot of people out there talking
It’s a lot of people out there claim they got beats and rhymes
But it ain’t a lot of people who can put together something like this
So if you out there sleepin', I want you to wake up
If this is the end of the album and you already into it then you know,
you know it’s bangin' already
And if you just pickin' it up, then you about to find out on the reals how we
do it
